About Luciana

A story of listening, learning and service through movement.

Luciana's relationship with the body began around eight years ago, through Tui-Na massage and shiatsu. That period taught her to listen with her hands and to understand that every body carries its own story.

In 2019 she met someone who taught her Pilates and opened a path that would transform her relationship with her body and with herself. What began as a practice soon became a vocation.

She continued her training through courses and workshops. In Buenos Aires she trained with Federico Randazzo of the IRPA school, who accompanied her for several years through her training and professional experience in Argentina.

In 2025 she met Miguel Silva, an instructor at the UNO Pilates school in Portugal. That encounter broadened her understanding of the body and gave greater awareness and meaning to everything that came before.

For Luciana, Pilates is a way of connecting the body from its centre out to the limbs, and of finding an inner organisation that transforms how we move, how we breathe and how we inhabit the body.

She understands teaching as a form of service: accompanying each person as they discover their body and develop a more conscious, kinder relationship with movement. And at the same time, she continues to consider herself a student.
